Find your way around Influgen

On the web

The menu on the left lists the same places, top to bottom:

• The influencer switcher at the top. Pick one influencer or All influencers. Everything else follows your choice.
• Create opens the window where you ask for a post. See Ask for a change, a redo or a new post.
• Today is where posts wait for your decision. Its number counts posts waiting and unread messages.
• Calendar shows what goes out and what went out.
• Chat opens a conversation with your influencer. Its number counts unread messages.
• Fan inbox holds comments and DMs from your fans.
• The last entry is your influencer's own page, with their first name and face. With All influencers chosen it reads Influencers and lists everyone.

Your credits sit beside the logo. Press them to see your balance, top up, or open Credit history and Manage subscription. See How credits work.

At the bottom, your name opens Account. The gear next to it opens a small menu with Account settings, Help center and Log out. On a narrow screen, the same menu opens from the button at the top, next to your credits and a + for a new post idea.

Your influencer's page

Open it from the last menu entry. Sections run across the top:

• Posts: their posts, scheduled and live.
• Performance: how their live posts do.
• Talk to and their name: the chat.
• Persona: who they are and how they write.
• Look: their face and style.
• Accounts: where they post.
• Trends: what is working in their niche.
• Autopilot: the switches for what they do without asking, and Pause.

Account

Account has the tabs Connections, Plan and billing, Notifications, Appearance, Labs and Advanced. Labs holds extras that stay out of the main menu.

On your iPhone

The four tabs are Today, Calendar, Chats and Influencers.

• Chats has two parts: Your influencers for conversations, and Fans for comments.
• Once you choose one influencer, the last tab shows their name and face and opens their page.

At the top of every tab are the influencer switcher, your credits and a + for a new post idea. Tap the switcher to open Switch influencer. At the bottom of that screen, Account and settings lists Connections, Plan and billing, Notifications, Labs, Help, App and Delete account. The Help center row opens this help center in your browser. Where to go for what

• A post to decide on: Today. See Review and approve posts.
• A time to change: Calendar. See The content calendar and scheduling.
• Talking things through: Chat with your influencer.
• Fans: Comments, DMs and the fan inbox.
• More than one influencer: Add more influencers and switch between them.
