Add more influencers and switch between them
See how many influencers your plan allows, add another, and use the switcher to choose one or all of them. Today, Calendar and chats follow your choice. You can also pause or delete one.

How many you can have
- Starter: 1 influencer.
- Pro: 3 influencers.
- Agency: 8 influencers, and you can add more.
- Free trial: 1 influencer. See Your free trial and account activation.
For prices and extra influencers, see Plans, upgrading, downgrading and cancelling. A paused influencer still uses a spot. To see how many you use, open Account, then Plan and billing: Influencers reads like 2 / 3. On your phone, see Capacity in Billing.
Add an influencer
- On the web: open the influencer switcher at the top of the left menu and choose New influencer. You can also press New influencer on the Influencers page.
- On your phone: open the switcher at the top of the screen and choose New influencer.
Then follow Create your first influencer. Each new influencer gets the free faces again.
When you reach your limit
On the web, the switcher's last row reads "Influencer limit reached · see plans" and opens your plan. On Influencers, New influencer becomes Upgrade, and a card shows spots used, such as "3 of 3 slots used."
On your phone, when you try to draw faces, the app says "Your plan's influencer limit is reached. Upgrade in Account to add another."
To add another, upgrade, add extra influencers on Agency, or delete one you no longer need.
Switch between influencers
Open the switcher and choose All influencers ("Every decision in one feed") or one influencer. Each row can show a star for a favourite, a Paused tag, and a number for posts waiting for you. Stars put favourites first. On your phone, tap the name or All influencers at the top of the screen to open Switch influencer.
The app remembers your choice in this browser or on this phone. With several influencers, it starts on All influencers until you choose one.
What follows your choice
- Today and Calendar show only the chosen influencer, or everyone under All influencers.
- On the web, Fan inbox follows it too, and Chat opens the chosen influencer (the first in your list under All influencers).
- On your phone, Chats puts the chosen influencer first.
- The last menu item, or the fourth tab on your phone, is the chosen influencer's page, or the Influencers list under All influencers.
The Influencers list
On the web, Influencers shows a card for each influencer, with Open, a copy icon (Clone, which makes "(name) Copy" and uses a spot) and a bin icon (Delete). On your phone, Influencers lists everyone under All influencers, with Find an influencer once you have more than three.
Pause or delete one
To pause, open the influencer's page, choose Autopilot and press Pause. See Let your influencer post on their own, or pause them.
To delete, use the web: press the bin icon on Influencers and confirm Delete influencer. This frees a spot.
Warning: "Their posts, schedules and analytics are deleted too. This can't be undone." The phone app has no button to delete an influencer.
