What credits are for
Credits pay for what the AI makes for you: pictures, videos and voices. Where an action costs credits, the button or window shows the number before you run it.
What uses credits
- Approving a post, which pays for the pictures you reviewed.
- Redrawing pictures when you ask for a change.
- Drawing more faces after the first four.
- Making a video.
- Designing or cloning a voice.
- Replies to direct messages, if you turned that on.
Looking at ideas your influencer proposes is free. The first four faces for a new influencer are free too.
About how much
Roughly, a picture costs about 1 credit, so a photo or carousel post is a few credits. A short reel is usually 30 to 60 credits. A talking ad is the most expensive kind, usually 120 to 200 credits. These are guides. The exact number is always shown first.
How you get credits
- Your free trial: 50 credits. See Your free trial and account activation.
- Your plan: Starter gives 200 credits a month, Pro 600 and Agency 1,500. They arrive every month, on yearly billing too.
- Credit packs: one-time top-ups that are added straight to your balance.
Credits you don't use stay on your account. They don't expire while your account exists. If you delete your account, remaining credits are lost.
Check your balance
On the web, the credits pill with a sparkle is at the top of the page. It turns red at 10 credits or fewer. Click it to open Credits, which shows credits left, Top up, your plan and Credit history.
On your phone, tap the credits pill at the top right of any tab. For the history, open Account and settings, tap the plan row, then Credit history.
Credit history lists every change with a label, such as Approved post, Redrawn pictures, Video, Voice design, Extra faces, Welcome credits, Monthly plan credits or Refund.
When you run low
Turn on Credits running low under Account, then Notifications, to be told in time. To add more, click the pill and choose a pack under Top up, or move to a bigger plan.
