Ask for a change, a redo or a new post
Not happy with a post? Ask for a redraw with your own note, edit the caption on your phone, or ask your influencer for a post of your own.

Ask for a change
- In Today, press Edit under the post.
- In Request a change, tap any quick changes you like: Different outfit, Looking at the camera, New location, Shorter caption, Brighter light or Closer shot. On your phone the camera one reads Look at camera.
- Or write your own direction, for example "a blue linen shirt, keep the sunset light".
- Press the Redraw button.
The card shows "Applying your change". The original stays until you decide. When the new version is ready, it is back in Today, and it can carry an Updated tag.
A redraw uses credits. If you don't have enough, you see "Not enough credits to redraw this. Top up or upgrade your plan."
Edit the caption yourself
On your phone, tap the post, then tap the caption area. Edit the text under Caption, then approve.
On the web there is no caption box on the card. Use Shorter caption, or describe the wording you want in your own direction.
Ask for a new post
On the web, press New post idea at the top of Today, or Create in the left menu. On your phone, tap the + at the top of a tab.
- Pick your influencer if you have more than one.
- Choose Photo, Carousel or Reel.
- Write what you want. For example, your influencer reading on a ferry deck at sunrise.
- Press Draw it for and your influencer's name.
It comes back fully drawn, with a caption, for you to review. You can also pick one of the Trending now ideas on Today and press Ask (name) to do this. Only the format is borrowed, never anyone's footage.
If your influencer holds a post back
Sometimes the team isn't happy with the pictures for a post you asked for. They say so in their chat, tell you what was wrong, and ask what to change. Reply there. See My pictures don't look like my influencer.
Reject instead
Press the X on a card to dismiss it. Undo brings it back.
