My pictures don't look like my influencer
Pictures that drift from the reference face, or reference photos that get turned down. Why it happens and what to try, step by step.

Symptom: some pictures don't look like your influencer's face, or your own reference photos were turned down.
Why this happens
Your influencer's face is set when you create them. Every new picture is drawn by AI and checked against a continuity sheet, which shows every angle of the face on one page. Small differences in angle, light or styling can still slip through.
Before a post reaches you, your influencer's team checks the pictures. If a set still isn't right after several tries, the team holds the post back instead of showing you a weak one.
Photos you upload matter most when you start from your own face. Blurry, dark or covered faces give weaker results.
How to fix it
- Open your influencer's page and choose Look. Check the Reference faces and the Continuity sheet. This is what new pictures are matched to.
- On the post, press Edit. Choose Closer shot, Looking at the camera or Brighter light, and add what looks wrong in your own words. See Ask for a change, a redo or a new post.
- If a set misses badly, press the X to reject it and wait for the next idea.
- If many pictures drift, contact support with two or three examples.
Note: There is no button on the Look page to swap the face of an influencer you already made.
Good reference photos
When you start from your own photos:
- Use up to five clear photos, or one video of 5 to 60 seconds.
- Use good light and a face that isn't covered. No sunglasses.
- Show only one person in every photo.
- Keep photos under 12 MB each and a video under 48 MB.
If a photo is turned down
- "We couldn't see a face clearly": use photos where the face is clear, well lit and not covered.
- "These photos look like more than one person": use photos of just you.
- "Influencers can only be made from photos of adults."
- "This looks like a public figure": influencers can't be made from celebrities or other well-known people.
- For Close likeness you take a live selfie. If it says "We couldn't see your face in the selfie", face the camera in good light and try again.
