What the calendar shows
Open Calendar. It shows what goes out, and what went out.
- On the web, switch between Week and Month. Use the arrows to move, and Today to jump back. Pick a day to see its posts below.
- On your phone, tap a day in the week strip.
Small dots on a day show its posts and their status. Each post shows its time, picture, influencer and kind, plus a status: Scheduled, Live or Failed. On your phone you can also see Needs you.
Posts you cancelled don't appear.
How a post gets its time
Every idea comes with a planned time. When you approve it, it is booked for that time. If the time has already passed, it goes out shortly after you approve.
On your phone you can change the time before you approve. Open the post, open the details, and tap the time under When should it go out?. Choose one of the options or Pick a time. Times are in your phone's time zone.
On the web you move a post after you approve it.
Change a scheduled post
On the web:
- Open Calendar and pick the day.
- Open the post.
- Choose a new time under New time, then press Reschedule.
- Or press Publish now to post it right away, or Unschedule to take it off the calendar.
You can do the same from your influencer's page, under Posts: Reschedule, Post now (it asks "Post it now?") and Unschedule.
On your phone, open your influencer's page, then Posts, and tap Reschedule.
Schedule changes from your influencer
Sometimes your influencer suggests a new time or a new rhythm, such as posting on certain days. It appears in Today as a card with Accept. Dismissing it keeps the post's current time.

Tip: TikTok posts also wait for you to confirm them. See Connect TikTok and confirm each post.
