Where posts wait for you
Open Today. On the web it is the first item in the left menu, with a number for what is waiting. On your phone it is the first tab. The subtitle says how many posts need you.
What a card tells you
- The influencer, and when the idea arrived. New means it came in since you last looked.
- When it will post, for example "Posts Thu 9:00 PM". "Posts once approved" means its time has passed, so it goes out shortly after you approve.
- The kind of post: photo, carousel, reel or storyboard.
- A status. Drawing means it isn't ready yet. Needs you means it is waiting. Generating video and Video ready are for reels.
Approve
- Look at the pictures. On the web, click a card to see it as it will look on Instagram or TikTok.
- Under Posts to, check where it will go.
- Press Approve. You see "Approved" and when it will post, with Undo.
On your phone, tap a post for the full-screen review. Tap the caption area to open the details. There you can edit the caption and change the time under When should it go out?. Then tap the big tick at the bottom to approve and schedule it. The pencil asks for a change, and the X rejects.
Reels take two steps
A reel first appears as a storyboard. Press Generate video. When the video is ready, watch it and press Approve video. See How videos, reels and voices work.
Not quite right?
- Edit asks your influencer to redraw it with your note. See Ask for a change, a redo or a new post.
- The X (Reject) asks "Dismiss this idea?". Press Dismiss and it leaves Today. Undo brings it back.
Changed your mind after approving?
Press Undo right away. The post is cancelled: "It won't go out." Later, on the web, open your influencer's page, choose Posts, and press Unschedule (the X) on that post.
Does approving cost credits?
Looking at ideas is free. Approving a post and redrawing pictures use credits. See How credits work.
