Where your influencer's ideas come from
Ideas come from trends the Scout finds, real top videos, your series and your own requests. See how to tell why a post was made, and how to steer what comes next.

How the team picks an idea
For each post, the team decides what it is for: an episode of one of their series, a trend the Scout found, or the next slot in the plan. It looks at what you approved and dismissed lately, and how published posts did. Then it picks an idea and draws it. See Meet your influencer's team.
Trends and the Scout
What the Scout finds appears as Scout found. On Today it shows for the influencer picked in the switcher (with All influencers, only if you have one). The full list is under Trends on their page.
Each finding shows its kind (Trend, Format, Sound, Event or Creator), how urgent it is (Hot, Warm or Evergreen) and links to real examples.
- Make this: your influencer drafts the post, and it arrives in Today.
- Dismiss: removes the finding. Undo brings it back.
Trending now on Today lists formats from the niche. Press Ask (name) to do this (on your phone, Make (name) do this) to start an idea from the trend. Only the format is borrowed, never anyone's footage.
Your own ideas
- Press New post idea at the top of Today, or Create in the left menu. On your phone, tap the + at the top of a tab. On your influencer's page, press Ask (name) for a post.
- Choose Photo, Carousel or Reel, and describe it.
- Press Draw it for and your influencer's name.
In the chat you can ask in your own words, attach a picture such as a product, or paste a Reel or TikTok link to get your influencer's own version. See Ask for a change, a redo or a new post.
See why a post was made
On the web, the grey line under a card gives the reason: "Your idea", "Following a trend", or the team's own. On your phone, open the post's details for Why this idea and Changes you asked for.
On the web, click a post to open its preview. It can show:
- Inspired by real videos: for a post you asked for, the top videos it remixes, with creator and views.
- Made from: pictures, videos or sounds besides your influencer, such as a product's photos.
- Video plan: for a reel, how long it runs, about how many credits it uses and the exact instructions it is made from.
- Team checks, and for an ad the Ad brief and Product research.
Steer what comes next
- Approve what you like and dismiss what you don't. The team takes note of both, and of any note you write with a change.
- Start a series under Trends: press New series (on your phone, New). It is a format your influencer repeats on a rhythm, up to three at once. They may propose one too: Approve or Not now.
- Persona is what the whole team works from. See Shape your influencer's personality and rules.
Note: Looking at ideas is free. Approving a post uses credits. See How credits work.
