My influencer isn't posting
Nothing new is going out. Check these common reasons in order: waiting for your spot, paused, waiting for your approval, no linked account, or no credits.

Symptom: your influencer isn't posting, or no new ideas show up.
Why this happens
Usually one of these: your spot hasn't opened yet, the free trial ended, your influencer is paused, posts are waiting for your approval, no account is linked, or credits ran out.
How to fix it
- Is your spot open? If you haven't had the email saying your spot is open, your influencer's team hasn't started. See Your free trial and account activation.
- Did the trial end? After the trial your influencer rests until you choose a plan. See Plans, upgrading, downgrading and cancelling.
- Are they paused? A paused influencer has a Paused tag. Open their page, choose Autopilot, and press Resume.
- Is Works independently off? Then they only act when you ask. Turn it on under Autopilot.
- Are posts waiting for you? Open Today. With Posts without asking me off, every post waits for your approval. A TikTok post also waits under TikTok posts waiting for you.
- Is an account linked, and switched on? Open the influencer's Accounts section. A platform needs to be linked and switched on. Look for Sign in again or Reconnect. See Choose where your influencer posts and Reconnect an account that stopped working.
- Are credits low? Check the credits pill. Approving and redrawing need credits. See How credits work.
- Did a post fail? Open Calendar. A Failed post tells you why. See A post failed to publish.
See what your influencer is doing
The strip near the top of Today says "Working on it", "All drawn" or "Your agents are resting". Open it to see each influencer's last check-in and when they plan again.
Note: Posts you already approved still go out while your influencer is paused.
