Reconnect an account that stopped working
When a platform says Reconnect or Sign in again, sign in once more. Your approved posts are not lost and can go out afterwards.

Why this happens
Platforms don't keep you signed in forever. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and X can end a connection when access runs out or is changed on their side. Influgen renews what it can on its own. When it can't, the account asks you to sign in again.
How you will know
- Calendar shows a banner: "(Platform) needs attention", with a Reconnect button.
- On Account, then Connections, the platform shows Reconnect. An Instagram account shows Sign in again.
- For Instagram we also email you before the connection runs out.
- On your phone, the platform shows a Reconnect button, and Instagram shows Sign in again.
How to fix it
- Open Account, then the Connections tab. On your phone, open Account and settings from the influencer switcher.
- For Instagram, press Sign in again next to the influencer. Log in with that influencer's own account.
- For TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest or X / Twitter, press Reconnect on its card and sign in. On your phone, open Other platforms and tap Reconnect.
- When you come back to Influgen, the badge says Connected or Linked.
After you reconnect
Posts you already approved stay approved. Ones waiting for this account can go out again without being made again.
If a post still says Failed, open your influencer's page, choose Posts, and press Try again. See A post failed to publish.
If it keeps asking
- Use the same account each time.
- For Instagram, the account must be a professional account. See Connect your Instagram account.
- Press Disconnect, then connect again from the start.
