Connect your Instagram account
Link an Instagram professional account to each influencer so approved posts can go out. You sign in on Instagram, never with us.

How it works
Each influencer posts from their own Instagram account. You sign in on Instagram itself, and Influgen never sees the password. One Instagram account can only be linked to one influencer.
Before you start
- The account must be a professional account. In the Instagram app, open Settings, then Account type and tools, and switch to a Creator or Business account.
- Have the influencer's login ready, not your personal one. Instagram asks you to sign in every time.
Connect on the web
- Open Account from the bottom of the left menu, then the Connections tab. You can also open your influencer's page and choose Accounts.
- Find your influencer in Instagram accounts and press Sign in with Instagram.
- Log in with the influencer's Instagram account and approve.
- You come back to Influgen. The row now says Linked with the account name.

Connect on your phone
- Open the influencer switcher at the top of any tab, then Account and settings.
- Under Connections, tap Instagram.
- Tap Sign in with Instagram next to your influencer and log in.
Change or remove the link
- Switch account signs in again with a different Instagram account.
- Disconnect unlinks it. On the web it asks you to press Click again to disconnect. On the phone the button is Unlink.
If it won't connect
Check each point under Before you start. Also check that the account isn't already linked to another influencer. The most common cause is an account that is still personal. If it still fails, contact support and name the influencer.

What gets posted
Instagram takes photos, carousels and reels. You choose which accounts post in Choose where your influencer posts.
