Connect YouTube for Shorts
Link your YouTube channel so approved reels can go out as YouTube Shorts. Photos and carousels don't go to YouTube.

What YouTube takes
Influgen posts videos to YouTube as YouTube Shorts. Photos and carousels don't go there. Every video is 10 to 30 seconds long and made in a vertical shape.
Connect YouTube
On the web:
- Open Account, then the Connections tab.
- On the YouTube card, press Connect.
- Sign in with Google and approve.
- You come back to Influgen. The card says Connected and shows your channel name.
On your phone, open Account and settings from the influencer switcher, tap Other platforms, then tap Connect under YouTube.
YouTube connects once for your account. Then check that YouTube Shorts is switched on for your influencer. See Choose where your influencer posts.
The daily limit
YouTube only allows a certain amount of uploading each day. Press Details on the YouTube card to see Quota Used Today.
If the limit is used up, a post can't upload until it resets. You may see "YouTube daily quota is exhausted until" followed by a time. Waiting is usually enough, because the post tries again after the reset. If it still says Failed, see A post failed to publish.
If the connection stops working
If you see "The current YouTube session needs to be refreshed before scheduled Shorts can publish", press Reconnect YouTube and sign in again. See Reconnect an account that stopped working.
Disconnect
On the Connections tab, select the YouTube card and press Disconnect.
