Connect X (Twitter) for image posts
Link your X account so photos and carousels can be posted there. Videos and reels don't go to X.

What X takes
X gets photos and carousels, as image posts. Videos and reels don't go to X.
In the app, X is called X / Twitter on the Connections tab and X in the list of where your influencer posts.
Connect X
On the web:
- Open Account, then the Connections tab.
- On the X / Twitter card, press Connect.
- Sign in on X and approve.
- You pass through a short page that says it is finishing the connection, then come back to Influgen. The card says Connected.
On your phone, open Account and settings from the influencer switcher, tap Other platforms, then tap Connect under X / Twitter.
X connects once for your account. Then check that X is switched on for your influencer. See Choose where your influencer posts.
If a post doesn't go out
- "X/Twitter publishing supports image posts only": the post is a video. Only photos and carousels go to X.
- "X/Twitter rejected the image because it exceeds the upload size limit": a picture is too large for X. Switch X off for that post under Posts to, or contact support.
- "The current X/Twitter session needs to be refreshed before scheduled image posts can publish": press Reconnect X/Twitter and sign in again. See Reconnect an account that stopped working.
Disconnect
On the Connections tab, select the X / Twitter card and press Disconnect. On your phone, tap Disconnect under X / Twitter.
