Method
How we counted
- Every picture an Influgen influencer's team draws is reviewed by an AI vision model acting as the influencer's critic before the owner sees it. It sees the frame next to the character's reference photos and the post's plan, scores it 1 to 10, keeps or rejects it, and writes what is wrong.
- Frames are drawn with GPT Image 2.5 from each influencer's reference images.
- To count reasons, each written rejection was given one primary category by a language model and the results were spot-checked by hand. 322 of the 347 written rejections could be classified; the percentages are shares of those 322, and they are rounded.
- This is one product's pipeline over nine days, not a study of AI images in general.
