What Our AI Critic Rejected This Week: 274 Frame Reviews and the Checklist They Make

Short answer: most AI influencer pictures fail for boring reasons, not dramatic ones. In one week our critic reviewed 274 frames and kept 127 of them (46%). The faults it named most were a glossy "film still" look, frames that don't match each other (hair, outfit, place), and pictures that give away the punchline too early. Almost none failed for six fingers.
This is first-hand data from our own pipeline, 26 October to 1 November 2026. It covers 54 posts by 8 AI influencers. No pictures of the influencers here, only what the critic wrote.

How the review works
Each Influgen influencer has a small agent team. One of them is a critic: a vision model that sees every drawn frame next to the character's reference photos and the post's plan. It scores the frame from 1 to 10, keeps or rejects it, and writes what is wrong. A rejected frame is redrawn and reviewed again. The owner only sees what got through.
