1. What this page covers
This page explains how to delete the data influgen.ai holds about you, including data received from Instagram or Facebook when you connect an account through Instagram Login or Facebook Login.
From a connected Instagram professional account, influgen.ai stores the access token, your Instagram user ID and username, the permissions you granted, the posts influgen.ai published for you, the comments and direct messages on those posts that you manage through influgen.ai, and the insights (views, reach, likes, comments, saves, shares) of those posts.
2. Delete your account yourself
Sign in to influgen.ai, open Account, choose Advanced, and use Delete account at the bottom. In the iPhone app, open Account, then Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is deleted at once, together with your influencers and their posts, photos, videos and cloned voices, your credits, your connected-account tokens and identifiers, the comments, messages and insights we stored, and your API keys. Copies of media files left in our storage and backups are removed within 30 days. A subscription paid by card is cancelled immediately. A subscription bought in the iPhone app is billed by Apple: cancel it in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, because deleting your account does not stop it.
Records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons, such as payment records, are kept only as long as required, no longer linked to your account, and not used for anything else.
3. Disconnect Instagram and remove its data
To keep your account but stop using Instagram, open Account, choose Instagram under Connected accounts, and select Disconnect. This revokes our use of the access token and stops all reading and publishing for that account.
You can also remove influgen.ai from Instagram directly: in the Instagram app go to Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove influgen.
4. Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your influgen.ai account with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your Instagram username if you want data from a connected Instagram account removed.
Within 30 days we delete your account and the data described above and confirm by email.
